These terms apply to your use of the Tillys Beauty Spa website. By browsing the site or submitting an appointment request, you agree to them.

Submitting the booking form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment and it does not reserve the time.

Your request is reviewed personally. We will then confirm it, suggest an alternative time, or let you know that we cannot accommodate it. Your appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you.

Please give us a name and phone number we can actually reach you on. If we cannot contact you to confirm, we may not be able to hold the time.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, let us know as early as you can by calling +1 725 246 6874. We may also need to change or cancel an appointment occasionally; if that happens, we will contact you and offer an alternative.

A formal cancellation policy has not been published. Until one is, we simply ask for as much notice as you can reasonably give.

Where a price or a typical length is shown, it is a guide for a standard appointment. The final price can differ depending on what your hair, skin or nails actually need on the day. Where a price is not shown, ask us and we will quote you before any work begins.

We may add, change or withdraw services at any time without notice.

Tell us before your appointment about allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent treatments, or if you are pregnant, so we can adapt or recommend against a service. We may decline a service if we do not believe it is appropriate for you.

The text, branding, layout and design of this website belong to Tillys Beauty Spa. Photographs on the site may include licensed stock photography used to illustrate the kind of services offered; such images are not photographs of this business, its team, its premises or its clients unless they are clearly presented as such.
